Terms of Service

1. The service

Flowdemi is a platform that offers research and medical-professional services, project collaboration, datasets, mentorship, workshops, courses and articles. Features may change or be added over time.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement, to use the service.

3. Projects, tickets and payments

When you submit a project or request, the scope, price and schedule are as confirmed on the platform for that project. Payments are made through our external payment gateway and may be split into installments where offered. Refunds, changes to scope and extra costs are handled according to the terms shown for the specific project and are recorded on the platform.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant Flowdemi the limited permission needed to store it, display it to the people working on your project, and operate the service. You confirm that you have the right to share what you submit and that it does not violate anyone else's rights or any law, including data-protection and research-ethics rules that apply to you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Upload malware, or try to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts.
• Submit identifiable patient data without proper consent and anonymization.
• Harass others, or use the service to send spam or misleading content.
• Copy, scrape or resell the service or its content without permission.

6. Specialists and writers

Specialists, collaborators and writers who join Flowdemi agree to deliver work honestly and to the standard agreed for each project, to respect client confidentiality, and to follow the additional terms shown when they apply or are assigned to a project.

7. Intellectual property

The Flowdemi name, logo, design and original site content belong to Flowdemi or its licensors. Ownership of deliverables produced for a project is as agreed for that project. Articles published on the site remain the property of their authors, who grant Flowdemi permission to publish them.

8. No professional advice

Content and services on Flowdemi are provided for research and educational purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and must not be relied on as a substitute for a qualified clinician.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, Flowdemi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the platform or other users at risk. You may stop using the service or ask us to delete your account at any time, subject to any open projects and payments.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
